Suggestions for improvement
- 1) More employee feedback in decision making about things that directly affect them 2) Administrators working with other employees a portion of the time 3) Less cynicism, contempt, and nasty gossip by upper administrators about other employees
What I like about the company
I have been given autonomy in my role. I feel a great sense of meaning in my work. There are many others around me who believe passionately in their work.
What I dislike about the company
Management does not seem to be connected to the work that employees do. They are engaged in office management and state/financial politics seemingly focused on survival only of the department. I would like to see administrators spending time on the front lines of the mental health systems over which they exert power.
