Every hourly employee hates job and all seeking new employment.

Support from management

Supervision has different rules for different people it all depends whether your one of the "boys" or not.

Teamwork

No teamwork whatsoever.

Back stabbing and favoritism is the norm.

No communication if you have question you will be ignored or hung up on.

They have an in crowd and an out crowd. Depends if you party and do drugs with boss or not.

They tell you your to old find new job if you're over 40

They preach safety until you bring up a safety concern then they give you an excuse.

  • Treat people fairly. Quit violating fair labor standards laws. Have diversity training. Learn labor laws. Don't just preach safety do it!

Leaders could care less about you. Sick days not permitted. Don't care if they have work for you or not.

Suggestions for improvement

  • They need to hire whole new sales and management depts.

What I like about the company

Average pay. Descent ins.

What I dislike about the company

Sales people are lazy and play on internet all day with Facebook or mma. Management expects you to be on call for them 24/7. No sick days permitted. Never know what time your going to be off work. Management treats you like scum.
