Mitchell loves to talk and talk about culture. But it's all talk. The culture is rewarding a select few and dumping on everyone else.

Managers determine what projects are taken on, what the approach will be and how it will be executed. Input is sought but either ignored or ridiculed.
Monthly or bi-monthly meetings are held to update staff, but it's mostly a chance for certain managers to brag. The weekly company newsletter was eliminated as a waste of man-hours.
