Support from management
To many managers all wanting you do do different things
There is no sense of team work at this company.
If you are looking for a company with clear communication this isn't the place. I never had a clue as to what was going on. Procedure would change and the Managment would get upset that I wasn't aware. But they never told me.
Attitude towards older colleagues
On several occasions I would overhear managers talking about older employees that they "wished they would just retire"
Overall compensation for your work
The pay is certainly not fair for the standards that the company sets for productivity. They continually push for more but won't pay any additional. And no commission on what is collected
Office / Work Environment
Out of date computers, when I was finally upgraded it was to a computer with an unlicensed copy of Windows 7
I let my manager know of a trip I was taking 4 months in advance, the Monday prior to me leaving for the trip I gave the courtesy to my manager of reminding her that I was going. She insisted that she wasn't aware of it and that she gave other people the time off and wasn't allowing me to take the time off. I went anyway cause that's not acceptable
I wouldn't be surprised if this location was to close and it move to another state where they have offices
This is the most mundane and boring work, every call is the exact same thing. Mind numbing boring work
Suggestions for improvement
- I tried while I was employed. They didn't want to hear it then so I'm not offering anything now. Job seekers beware of this place you will not be happy.
What I like about the company
the only positive was how close my home was to my office so I was able to go home for lunch to let my dog out
