Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the Manager and put someone in there who knows how to talk to people and engage. Such a shame, an interesting job and great dynamic but lousy upper management.

They claim it's all about engaging. Upper management never engaged with staff, and when you tried, you would be berated. They hire temporary employees so they wouldn't have to hire them. It takes years to get hired and years to move up a level. Working there is a reason for failure as they want no one to succeed. My manager would never engage and give a positive review on anything as she would only single out the bad part of what you've done.
