Owner hired retired service member so that company would not have to provide benefits, ( Health, 401k)
Company hired retired service members not having any idea what the government contract would require of the employee.
Freedom to work independently
Company owner used the retired service membes experience and creditability for their own gain and not giving employees credit.
company had no upper mobility plans or promotional levels.
Overall compensation for your work
No company benefits until 3 year of bussiness, once the owner had the company grow enough to hire an HR person all employees were forced to take a pay cut in order to cover the salary for the HR person.
The company only had 2 copntracts and once the company lost one of the two contracts they had no back up plan to provide work so a number of employees lost their jobs and because of the timing were forced to draw un employment.
