Some employees were allowed to not do their share, supervisors knew it but turned a blind eye

Benefits (health, dental), raises and pay was good but paydays are only on the 7th and 22nd of the month.
Idea boards were placed throughout the plant and they would strive to implement ideas and kept all areas to where you can work safer, easier and quicker. Proper PPE was always well provided.
