Support from management
Manager berated me for doing a task wrong- something I never learned mind you-my first month there. Rest of the staff was nice but I'll never forget that uncalled for outburst!
Office / Work Environment
Shifts are ridiculously short and employees are forced to pay for parking always which is extremely expensive on game days. Office space is fine but the game day satellites leave a lot to be desired, leaves and debris were in one of them a couple times.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train your TOE better with far more senarios to help in the high stress fast paced game day operations. Give them parking passes at least occasionally!! And have set hours that are longer than 4 hours on game days
What I like about the company
Majority of employees are very nice and easy to work with. Beautiful ball park.
What I dislike about the company
No benefits, parking, or time off at all. Manager too stressed and had outbursts. Too little training.
