Suggestions for improvement
- Fire all of management and bring in detail-oriented individuals people would actually want to work for. Don't allow management to promise twice the work load to clients especially after a system update slows production rate to 13rd its original speed. Hire managers who know the difference between song listings on iTunes and a chat program.

Management's inability to listen to concerns, management's inability to treat employees with respect or trust, and management's inability to perceive faults with work structure.
