Its weird - they give shout outs daily for performance but then their actions don't match up with their words.
Level of Autonomy
Leads/Accounts are distributed to sales reps by one individual and is not equally done.
Very disorganized -- upper management and middle management not on same page and like to blame each other for discrepancies (pass the buck)
Overall Compensation for your work
Salary fair but expected to immediately outsell and terminated before 3rd full month ---- no benefits
