My manager was the worst communicator.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start treating your work force as an asset, provide adequate training opportunities, real incentives and install a process to track managers responsibilities. My manager literally ignored email and phone calls, not just myself, I worked with 3 other Modis contractors, the same was said about the manager. Contractors have a unique opportunity to shape the work force, make them strong and our economy strong by shaping and training the work force, loading candidates with the skills necessary to perform their jobs.
