Company culture used to be quite pleasant; however, upper management managed to change the company culture.
Support from Management
Upper management does not listen to employees, and often pit different teams against each other.
Teams worked well together but cross team interaction - which is important for building a sustainable framework, was often sabatoged.
Some upper management were condescending toward women.
