Manager/Owner was never there. The abuse by other coworkers and supervisors would happen in his absence
As I could observe the proper safety guidelines were being held.
I don't have children, so no issue there. I was expected to stay until my work was completed every day.
Suggestions for improvement
- If you are hearing negative things from one of your employees about another employee. If this information is just hearsay and not proven. Take just a few minutes to talk to the other. If you just fire someone based on unproven information (and send that person to do it) you might just be giving up a loyal and hardworking asset to your company, and keeping big problem for you to have to fix down the line.
