Suggestions for improvement
- Seriously value your employees. Evaluate wages and medical and be sure that both ends of the employee spectrum can afford to work here. You have some great people. Treat them like adults and watch them help you grow the company or continue to micro-manage and underpay them and watch them leave. Great culture is wonderful but it does not put food on the table or a roof over the head.
What I like about the company
Nice supportive culture but can be seriously obsessive about things like clothes and shoes. Not enough for them to say business dress - they will spend meeting time discussing the minutiae of what kind of shoe is and is not allowed. Similar micromanagement will crop up elsewhere right after espousing employee empowerment - they have some serious Yin/Yang issues.
