Suggestions for improvement
- Better training, there was no one to help me after orientation. When I finally asked for help, I felt like I was stabbed in the back by the assistant administrator. Then I was put on an improvement plan when the new head administrator started and that was very, very stressful and eventually I was let go. I will never set foot in the place again. It even took me quite a while before I could even drive by the place.
What I like about the company
Good pay and benefits. The physicians and employees were great. Management was awful.
