The corporate office is very "no news is good news". Meetings are not very informative and the only way you know you are doing something wrong is when you are halfway out the door.

Some long serving employees are supported and appreciated, even to the point of it being a detriment to the company and other workers.
They do have a tendency to hire and promote from within for certain positions. When hiring from outside, outside experience is not always appreciated.

The office is very nice. Computers are up to date. Office space is not always allocated based on job need.
The company is very involved in the community and promotes its employees being involved as well.
Again, this is one of those situations where if you are one of the favored ones, work life balance can be achieved.
This is a mixed bag. Many of the branch employees speak more fondly of the company than those at the corporate office.
The company is over 30 years old and has had very few mass layoffs.
The company is in a challenging industry that is often vilified in the press. They do work hard to do what is best for the customer.
