The company does implement employee engagement through internal activities but unfortunately that is to mask the unethical business practices.
Support from management
Dealer Support is a department that fluffs and fudges the numbers and expects all management to get on the bandwagon or you will be pushed out... as I was when I refused to put fake numbers on reports.
If you consider lying together to meet expectations or getting drunk at lunch teamwork, then yes. No teamwork within ethical business practices.
Freedom to work independently
Yes, if your work provides the data they are looking for, true numbers or not.
No. My Supervisor had the saying... "figure it out, sink or swim" So unprofessional at all times.
It seemed as though there were opportunities for all genders.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not that I observed. Pretty young crowd.
Not unless you are a liar and have unethical business practices.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
A little behind on technology.
I felt pressure to party and drink more after hours and at lunch. If you didn't party with them, you were treated like dirt... as the outsider.
It was embarrassing to be the only one not liked because I was not like them, either a liar or latino.
They will find a way to fire you if you do not acclimate to their unethical practices.
It seemed as such. Low knowledge in this area.
No training for workplace accidents.
Challenging because I did not have the desire to fudge the numbers the way they directed me to and they would make it that much harder on me when I turned in true numbers on my reporting.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is diversity but Latinos are favored and they gang up on others that are not Latino... this is even in Management.
