Monster's Veterans Hiring Program gives veterans the tools to transition the skills, knowledge and experience gained in the military, to a successful corporate career. Students and New Grads
Imagine an internship that offers real-life exposure to the corporate world! The Monster Internship Program is for college students who don't want the typical internship experience ... the busy work, the “fluff” assignments, the feeling that you're really not learning anything.
For 11 weeks in the summer, you'll be an active member of the Monster organization. You'll be assigned specific goals, as well as individual and team projects, that have an actual impact on the business. Expectations are high for our program participants. You're considered part of the team, and are required to contribute as any other team member would.
