Suggestions for improvement
- Offer extensive training. It doesn't have to be a six-week long classroom training program, but being thrown into the job with minimal (and conflicting) training does not work well
I like about the employer
They are professional and an ethical, upstanding company
I dislike about the employer
During interviews / testing, you are told that you will receive extensive training, but the training is very minimal. Training supervisors don't always know procedure and protocol and sometimes even have to be corrected by other non-supervisory employees.
