Just push numbers, no actual help.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Actually care about and listen to the front line. Let your reps have a say in new policies and so forth... it would help with your insane 50-60% turnover.

What I like about the company

Discount on service. Other than that, nothing.

What I dislike about the company

Too much to write.... hours, pay, atmosphere and hostile work place.

Support from management

Kept being told I could move to a closer store, next week. Each week it was the same lie. Pay was cut across the board. Hours I was required to schedule myself and my employees did not allow for continuing education easily.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Build a training program. Allow managers to go to school full time and work full time without penalty. Don't cut pay. If part of the managers acceptance of employment contract was a set date of moving to a closer store, honor it. Don't keep saying next week for 6 weeks. Recognize that I recognized my employees for thier hard work. Sales would not have tripled without thier help.

What I like about the company

Nothing

What I dislike about the company

They lie. Do not allow for store managers to try to build morale. They cut everyone's pay. No real training program. I had to build my own training program, train another store manager with no company support. There was no easy way to handle recourse with other employees or managers If it ever arose.

  • Pay people what they're worth. Reinstate the mindset of teamwork. Be realistic and transparent about business operations and expectations.

What I like about the company

Absolutely nothing.

What I dislike about the company

Everything. The pay scale is a joke, the goals to make bonus are unattainable. It used to be like a family, and a good culture of teamwork. The pay used to be good, then the higher level management changed. Friends of the President of the company were brought in who basically ruined the business, and made it horrible to be there.
