No matter how good your work is compliments are not given nor are you commended for the hard work.
Support from management
Leadership is null and voided. No such thing as leadership with this company.
If you can't do it by yourself than it won't get done. 1 man does several other people's jobs.
Freedom to work independently
If your the bosses favorite you don't work hard, if the management feels that you are uneducated then you get all the work.
If going to a job dealing with chemicals that may put a employee in the way of being exposed to a deadly chemical with out the right ppe. Well that was an everyday occurrence with not knowing what we were dealing with the day of.
In this certain Moran they don't have women but the one women they had there they fired
Attitude towards older colleagues
No support what so ever to each there own with this company.
In this company if you are a labor you stay a labor there is no such thing as advancements.
Overall compensation for your work
That one thing they have going good for them. But you have to wait 90 days before you get benefits. .
Office / Work Environment
Work conditions are brutal if you like to work in a tank with the temps around 130 to 150 degrees with barely no break. In tyvex, chicken feet and a respirator on you face
If you don't want a life go for this job. No time for family and they get a attitude if you want to take vacation
No one talked good about the company. If this company took more pride and respected their employees. Then good thing would come but until then the employees will continue to talk bad about the company.
No this job is not a stable job. Some days you work some day you may sit down for a couple of day before they find work. And keep in mind if your the managers friend they will have work while you are sitting. More favoritism.
Working condition do not comply with OSHA. If you do decide to work for this company and you have kids kiss them every night and every morning before you go to work because it might be you last working with this company. Safety is put on the back burner. Can't believe they haven't had a death at that work place.
No I wasn't proud cause the most of the supervisor would push for short cuts and short cuts kill.
