The company was horrible. You could never get an answer as to what is needed to get your job done, and once you did get an answer, it was always wrong.
Support from management
In office assistant manager had 15+ years experience and could not tell me how to do things correctly. Horrible management if you cannot help your peers.
I applied to work for another team. Within minutes of my application being submitted, upper level management was informed and it quickly spread throughout the whole office. The end result was someone else being hired, with no experience, making double what I was making, just to keep the workplace environment somewhat casual.
Office / Work Environment
My office blew air so cold that I had to wear a coat in my office even when it was 90+ degrees outside. If I closed the door, I would suffocate.
I always felt as my position was never stable. One day my job was on thing, and the next day my job was another thing. My role was never clearly defined.
Having to always back track to try to correct your work because of inexperience workers was a very tough part of my job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Honestly, there are too many improvements that need to be made. Fire everyone and start over.
What I like about the company
I had a job. That was the only thing positive.
What I dislike about the company
All. There was no proper training for new employees. They treated the bad workers like gold and the good workers very badly.
