For the large branch office that I work in I don't know anyone that happy that is happy here.
Staff is encouraged to share experiences
Freedom to work independently
Workloads are heaven for everyone so people have no choice but to work independently
Management does not communicate to support staff very well
Not really sure
Internal mobility is very difficult
Overall compensation for your work
Poor compensation firm will not pay for the overtime I work
Only to the extent that recycling containers are available but not used properly
Hard to take days off
Great reputation but not the best work environment
Stable only b/c it's not a great job and the turnover is high
Bathrooms are too small for wheelchair accessability
Never had any training to prevent accidents
Suggestions for improvement
- Better compensation- at least pay people for the overtime they put in. Not allow the Financial Advisors to behave anyway they like and for them to treat and pay the support staff well.
What I like about the company
My coworkers are great...my manager is approachable and willing to help to the extent that he can.
What I dislike about the company
How support staff is expected to manage the personalities of the people that we work for b/c mangent doesn't want to deal with them. Compensation is not good. Unrealistic expectations of what can be accomplished.
