As a Receptionist at Morgan Stanley I was entrusted with years worth of data and given absolute freedom within the workplace. Altogether I would say that I had nearly absolute autonomy.
Although it was never communicated to me by the powers that be, why I was released from my position, I received extensive communication from my team on a daily basis.
