Suggestions for improvement
- The upper/regional management could have an idea of the every day that hits it's frontline employees. It's like the upper management is so far removed that they don't understand what it's like talking to real clients.
What I like about the company
They are pretty stable and willing to work with you on progressing your career forward. Each location is different and, but I really do like my immediate supervisors. They're pretty open.
What I dislike about the company
They aren't great to their support staff. The financial advisors are treated pretty well but they don't make it easy for service staff to get accolades or bonuses. The new FAs have little support so they basically work the kids without support and then cut them if they don't make the rigorous program requirements.
