Suggestions for improvement
- Flexible hours, more time off, more work to do
Negative management team abusing the position
Nice office environment as in- nicely decorated office.
Family time- taking accrued days off discouraged - challenged - inadequate-/no planning for employee coverage for requested time off.
Very little or no leadership or support
For the most part some staff were always willing to assist.
Work was not fairly distributed. A lot of work was given to certain staff members while others did very little or spent time on personal matters
There were no staff meetings. Most of the time the staff was not informed about anything
This did not occur while I was there
