Suggestions for improvement
- Improved training which starts with our client believing in our skills to do the job.
Coercive and high-stress.
No positive leadership. Coercive power and abusive behavior are the norm.
Employees work hard with very little recognition.
Very little autonomy. Supervisors micromanage and do not want the culture to deviate from what has become the norm.
Communication is not valued or practiced from the management level down.
