Suggestions for improvement
- More advancement possibiities.
Coercive and high-stress.
No positive leadership. Coercive power and abusive behavior are the norm.
Employees work hard with very little recognition.
Very little autonomy. Supervisors micromanage and do not want the culture to deviate from what has become the norm.
Communication is not valued or practiced from the management level down.
My personal supervisor was great. She however did not have the support of upper level management to make a difference in the company.
Not paid enough for the amount of high level stress.
All they focus on is bodies in chairs. They do not offer sick time. If you are sick and do not have vacation time you're going to be written up. I had a car accident on the way to work and was injured and got written up for a no call no show because I didn't call in an hour before my shift. Had I have known I would be in an accident an hour before, I would have avoided it. I had a doctors note but no vacation time. Life happens. They don't care about that.
