Suggestions for improvement
- Offer a formal training program..too many new people are brought in then left to their own devices. They learn by absorbing, listening and asking questions of their co-workers, but with no interaction from their manager. All managers claim they are toobusy to train.
What I like about the company
Always busy, we do good work for the client, co-workers are great.
What I dislike about the company
No training for new people. Not open to new ideas.
