- Promote from within. Institute a training program for all areas of the company.
Micro-managed by upper management, no transparency, feeling of being dispensable, toxic culture
Great co-workers, catered luncheons ever so often, jeans on Friday
Our team was very tight and worked well together.
It was management that tried to interfere by pitting one against the other (an example is that one team member was exclusively invited to a meeting that all should have been and was told to not share any info with the rest of the team).
