- Focus on people and service and enable them to produce results. Less top down, more grassroots.
What I like about the company
Morrison has a lot of potential to be a great employer. All the groundwork is in place.
What I dislike about the company
Morrison does not live up to its potential. Very little appreciation or concern for work life balance. Programs in place are set aside to pursue financial goals.
