Supervisors tend to use punishment in place of learning and encouragement in most instances.
Suggestions for improvement
- Covenant should turn facility back over to the community, or actually involve staff in a caring manner in place of punitive and quit trying to script everything the employee is to stay. Genuine is better than obviously phony.
What I like about the company
Morristown Hamlen was once a family oriented employer and management and staff knew each other by name and genuinely cared for one another as well as our patients and our community.
What I dislike about the company
Morristown Hamblen health care no longer treats employees as a work family and actually discourages work friendships, which is difficult when you spend more waking hours with your coworkers than your on family.
