They do give off the public perception that they are concerned with social issues.
You have to clock in and management will terminate you for being late.
People get fired weekly. In public. And management acts like we don't see it.
Management doesn't interact with regular employees.
You could train a toddler to do the work.

Management keeps themselves removed from non management.

- Trust your employees and don't behave as if your employees are beneath you.
