Suggestions for improvement
- Weekly 1-2 hour long regional calls are a waste of time. Instead regionals should ask for a standard email report and then call each team/property or manager and spend 15-20 minutes with each manager for more direct communication. Also this doesn't waste time or productivity for other team members.
