Administration keeps itself away from employees. There is a definite hierarchy.
NONE. Administration - "do as I say, not as I do" attitude.
Where? I hate to sound negative, but people do not work well together.
Email is the primary way to handle communication. It seems easier to send out an email rather than talk in person.
It is not stated, but younger, and "prettier" employees are favored over older and more mature individuals.
In this company there is no gender gap, you qualify, the job is yours.
