Only problem was failure or refusal to dismiss psychotic team leader who had anger and violence tendencies--could have "gone Postal" easily
Don't think there was much upward mobility possible, but I didn't care.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire Managers with more backbone

Good communication between levels of authority and relaxed office attitude (except for 1 problem employer described below)
What I dislike about the company
Failed or refused to release psychotic team leader who had anger and violence tendencies--I was unclear how high up the decision to retain this person was maintained.
