Suggestions for improvement
- Have team building or company get together on a regular basis, offer a 401k, create an avenue for advancement in the field, alter the pay scale to previous state-pay is cut in thirds of days-this job is basically an hourly wage and not worth the aweful working conditions.
What I like about the company
Flexible work schedule after one year
What I dislike about the company
Work Life balance is impossible, working conditions on commercial vessels is not bearable for long-very high turn over in first six months, lack of benefits outside of a minimal health care plan
