Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest that all management work in the front office of the busiest hospitals for a month straight, with employees taking vacation, holiday, sick time. Then they might understand how difficult the job really is.
I like about the employer
I liked that I could remain mostly autonomous. I was able to do my job without management reviewing every little thing.
I dislike about the employer
Management never communicated changes to employees. We would find out only after an issue came up. The employees are over worked, expecting stellar results without providing enough workforce to maintain workflow. It was always a battle of trying to complete requests on time, and then being told we weren't producing enough. It felt like we were all just numbers moving through the system.
