Suggestions for improvement
- Become more watchful as to what the employees were doing while on the job. Such as pretending to be Management when a call escalated. We also had to many touchy feely people employed there. There needed to be a more professional work environment there. Some took it on as play!!
What I like about the company
The training was adequate for the job, and the back up and weekly monitoring were certainly great.
What I dislike about the company
I felt like our jobs may be short termed. We were always ask to go home if the there was not enough work. And sometimes switched out to the same job but with a different company. At least they tried. The outside parking lot was somewhat well lighted, but not that great. Many times we observed drug deals happening right in the parking area during daylight hours.
