The company has changed ownership several times and lacks leadership or a vision which affects a core culture.
Support from management
At employee meetings it was not a conducive environment to address or express concerns or ideas.
Some of the co-worker that have worked there for quite some time all had respect for other and had a mutual understanding how to work together without management supervision. If the right keywords persons were working as a team we were able to run a smooth operation with out management supervision.
