No. The company outwardly praised employees that were disparaging to other employees. Often the employees that participated in the gossiping nature & sat in offices, not working for extended periods of time, were given awards. Their work performance & attitude towards their job was often underwhelmingly less than their peers.
Support from management
Leadership conducted themselves unprofessionally, & treated employees with a huge lack of respect. Interactions when dealing with other departments often open or ended with someone suggesting csr's needed training without researching an issue. Conflicts involved bruised egos which leadership carried over with biases & unfavorable treatment towards said csr(s). This was because leadership/management was often untrained & incompetent.
