Suggestions for improvement
- Keep a healthy staff on rather than making actions without thinking. Try to recognize the hard work and who those people are and maybe give them an opportunity to advance within the company. With the nepotism in the higher ranks, it's obviously going to be very tough. There's many skilled people that will never be acknowledged.
What I like about the company
It's provided a job for me that leaves me feeling content with life. I get along great with my co-workers and I feel appreciated.
What I dislike about the company
There's a lot of people who have recently been laid off and they let go of all the contractors. The business is a little slow right now, but some departments, like my own, have been affected by these moves. The company wants to save money with this move, but didn't seem to care about how that affects particular departments. That should have been considered before these decisions.
