Support from Management
Leadership does not communicate with employees.
I feel like I am in a revolving job where I do the same menial task every day.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to have meetings and let employees know what is going on instead of not telling us anything all year and insulting employees work ethic at end of year discussion

There is almost zero communication and little organization
