When interviewing it seems like a promising place to work. Once you get the job, you find out you have been lied to.
Support from management
Employees try to be a team but management does not want them to do so.
Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. People work on top of each other.
Does not promote from within the company
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everyone is expendable
Dead end jobs
Overall compensation for your work
Worry every 2 weeks of your check will clear
Office / Work Environment
Apartments are falling apart and very little is done by the company about it
Because if crooked things in the past, they have gotten a bad teputation
No loyalty to any employee no matter how long you have been there
Challenging and frustrated at the same time. No authority is given to make things better

- They need a property management company to take over
