I like about the employer
My observation is based on the period i was there as an employee; 2013/14.
The company did not joke with your pay especially when it involved your overtime. The team work was so excellent
I dislike about the employer
Poor leadership. They get you frustrated over issue that was nothing to write home about. Part of the frustration was given you a job that would take you over 2 hours to drive. This is a job they could have assigned to a Tech who lived less than 1 hour away. When you get the job done , the next one was back to where you left for the completed job.
Another annoying this is when they asked you to report in the Office everyday by 5:00 am just because a Customer scored you low on "Customer Satisfaction Survey". This was the same guy that had 100% on "CSR" 2 or 3 days back. Each time you had a low score you get a point and accumulation of such points at a certain level got you fired. So many things are wrong. I can't even imagine if the management understood the consequences of drop Technicians due to flimsy reasons for new ones to be brought in. Resources ( time, money, experienced Techs) are lost each time a company allows few so called leaders to squander hard earned resources.
