Support from Management

Not much support, they expect you to resolve the field issues on your own, just be sure the end result is what they expected.

Teamwork

The employees all work very well with each other as a team and make it enjoyable to work there.

Gender Equality

Lot's of favoritism within the company.

Career Development

As long as you become one of the favorites.

Work-Life Balance

They expect you to be at work early and leave late. 40 hour weeks are non-existent. expect minimum 60 hour weeks.
