- Management needs be considerate of people's time.
What I dislike about the company
Training is not important. They offer flexible start times but if you choose to come in early, you are viewed as leaving early if you leave before 5:00 even if you end up working more hours that the people that came several hours later in the morning. Also, you feel like you have to ask permission to leave every day.
