Suggestions for improvement
- Seek managers that know how to work! Seek managers who are respected by the work that they do and can build a "team" that can build relationships with donors and families served. Thus, better services to families served-in turn will provide better opportunities for greater fundraising dollars.
I like about the employer
Management is non-working, preferring to orchestrate the team and provides very little effort or leadership in accomplishing the mission. Staff tow the weight of all fundraising goals-no matter the position-staff are accountable-not management! Upper management spend time reorganizing the Association to "save money" by cutting staff and services to those served rather than seeking affective managers and solutions to bringing in the bigger donor dollars!
