Due to high turnover the company culture is toxic and paranoid.
Support from Management
The organizations is rather opaque and iny opinion poorly run as witnessed by the high turnover. Decisions come down from upper management and your job is always vulnerable despite receiving a positive assessment.
My department had an excellent team.
Very poor communication.
Due to revolving door nature of employment, a toxic and paranoid work environment exists.
