Support from management
Training consisted in only one day, after that you are literally on your own (work is performed away from the base office) facing a lot unfamiliar protocols, and bureaucracy. The job is performed as a service in many different offices, in two years I have seen my immediate boss once. Boss can communicate with us but rarely we are able to reach to her. If there is a conflict, only the person on charge of communicate with the boss will be heard, the other party will not have an opportunity to explain. Does not involve employees in any decision-making process. One way, unprofessional communication in this company.
Teams are formed with every project. Projects duration vary, but is usually 30 days, there is a project leader, named POC (point of contact) that has all the responsibility but not able to make decisions, POC's are in charge to pass along any encountered problems. In my personal experience my POC has party at work, go out with the costumer, flirt with the costumer and messed up. But the boss has never found out about it. But my mistakes has bee definitely known by my boss. Definitely not a team environment. Coworkers are eager to throw you to the wolves to divert attention.
