Support from Management
Manager injured himself 6 months ago. All responsibility was shoved onto me with no training or raise. Leadership has no clue how this industry works at all.
My team was all I had. By team I mean the 1 other person who's been in the shop with me.
Level of Autonomy
Everything is micromanaged in the worst possible way.
I have not been payed on time in 4 months and every attempt to speak to upper management has been either ignored or has been turned into our faults.
